Prevent Burnout. Empower Your People.
At TheSpace.Care, we’ve designed integrative burnout prevention solutions based on nervous system intelligence for modern companies
Our Approach
Most workplace wellbeing solutions focus on symptoms.
We focus on systems.
At The Space, we approach burnout prevention through a multi-layer framework that integrates psychology, nervous system resilience, physiology, cognition, communication, and embodiment.
Because stress does not live in one place, neither should the solution.
Our model combines expert-led education, practical integration, and flexible access to care, creating a prevention ecosystem rather than isolated support.
This whole-person, systems-based approach allows organizations to strengthen resilience at both the individual and cultural level, reducing burnout risk while improving clarity, connection, and performance.

Burnout Prevention & Nervous System Program
A structured 12-session journey — not a one-off fix.
Our flagship program combines evidence-based education with embodied practice across 6 weeks. Participants move through two parallel tracks: 6 expert-led talks on the science of stress, metabolism for energy and focus, AI and cognitive overload, effective communication and intentional movement — and 6 guided practice sessions where they integrate what they've learned at the body level. The result is lasting behavioral and physiological change, not temporary relief.
Format: Group program, in-person or online
Duration: 6 weeks
Language: English and French
Who it's for: Teams showing early burnout signals, organizations post-restructuring, HR teams building a preventive culture
-

Curated Workshops
Targeted interventions for specific organizational moments.
Sometimes what's needed is a precise, well-designed session that addresses a specific pressure point — a team in conflict, a leadership group under strain, a workforce navigating change. Each workshop is facilitated by a specialist and designed to produce a tangible shift within a single session.
Current workshop catalogue:
Embodied Leadership — How stress lives in the body, and how to lead from a regulated nervous system
Somatic Reset Lab — Release stored tension, restore nervous system balance, and rebuild capacity for presence
Mental Health SOS — Practical tools to recognize warning signs, regulate in real time, and ask for help
Format: 2h or Half-day, in-person or online
Language: English and French
Who it's for: Leadership teams, HR departments, and teams facing a specific stress-related challenge
-

Somatic, Breathwork and Mindfulness Sessions
Ongoing practice as infrastructure, not a perk.
Regulation is a skill that requires repetition. Our recurring mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork sessions give employees a consistent practice container — gradually rebuilding their capacity to manage pressure, stay focused, and recover faster. Facilitated by certified practitioners, these are evidence-based nervous system practices designed to produce measurable improvements in stress response and emotional stability over time.
Format: Group or individual, in-person or online, on a recurring schedule
Language: English and French
Who it's for: Teams seeking a sustainable recurring wellbeing practice; organizations embedding mental health into everyday culture

FAQs
What makes TheSpace.Care different from other wellness programs?
We are the only holistic burnout prevention program of its kind in Geneva and beyond. Instead of generic wellness perks, we provide guided, credit-based care that addresses the root causes of stress — combining psychology, holistic health, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
How does the credit-based system work?
Companies purchase credits that employees can use for the services that fit them best — from one-on-one sessions with psychologists or holistic practitioners to group sessions like meditation, breathwork, or stress-regulation workshops.
Can employees choose which services they want to participate in?
Absolutely! We encourage self-empowerment and choice, so everyone can decide for themselves which modality works best for them. Our guide is there to help if needed.
How do employees access the network of practitioners?
We provide your organization with access to our platform, where you will find a list of our trusted practitioners so employees can schedule their appointments directly with them.
Can this program be delivered online as well as in Geneva?
Yes. We offer both in-person services in Geneva and online sessions/workshops, making TheSpace.Care suitable for hybrid and international teams.
What type of services are included?
TheSpace.Care offers a wide range of services that include: psychological counseling, nutritional support, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, kinesiology, functional medicine, meditation and mindfulness, breathwork, emotional regulation, and somatic practices.
Because we are constantly evolving to meet the needs of modern workplaces, this list may grow and adapt over time. Our goal is to always provide employees with the most effective, evidence-based care for preventing burnout and sustaining resilience.
What are the qualifications of the practitioners in the network?
Each of our practitioners undergoes a selection process and possesses high levels of expertise in their respective fields. They hold modality-specific certifications and are accredited by ASCA, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and care.
How are the training sessions and workshops scheduled?
We do our best to meet your organization's specific needs and agendas. And as such, we do scheduling on quarterly basis.
Are the services confidential?
At The Space, confidentiality is paramount. Each of our practitioners is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement, ensuring that all information shared remains private and secure. Employees can trust that their personal information will never be disclosed to their employer, and employers are not permitted to request such information. Our priority is to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants in the program.
