Kinesiologist

Lani Faye Jeger

  • Certified Breathwork Facilitator who teaches people how to improve their mental, emotional, and physical health through the power of their breath.

She teaches in English, German and French. With the birth of her two sons in just two years, more than a year of intense sleep deprivation, physical and emotional pain, the daily duties of being a mum in a foreign country, and tending to her young children’s needs, she felt like she was slowly losing her identity and direction.

During this challenging time, she discovered Breathwork, which completely changed the trajectory of her life and helped her reenter a virtuous cycle of healing, reconnect to herself and her intuition, and show up authentically.

She feels called to share this powerful practice with people who want to transform their current state, empower themselves and move forward with more clarity.
